Shops-items association

Items and products can be associated to one or more specific shops. This associations can be used to later filter your list and to use the shopping assistant feature.
There are two methods to associate items with shops. You can associate them manually in the shop form or automatically using shopping sessions. The association is ordered; this means that the items can have a specific order.

The two methods can be mixed so you can initially associate and sort items manually and then leave the software do the updates.

Go to the shop area and choose a shop. Touch Manage associations. You'll see the list of items and products associated with the shop. You can touch Edit to delete items using the red minus button and to reorder the items dragging the three lines icon on the right side of the row.

To add items to this shops use the three plus signs button. The app will show a list of items where you can check off the ones you want to add to the shop.
If you use shopping sessions, here you'll find the automatically added items too.

Note that in the shop form there is a Manual items sorting switch. This needs an explanation.
If this switch is off, you can sort the item manually but the app will change they sort order every time you close a shopping session for the shop. So, leaving the switch off means that the app will maintain the order automatically even if you are still able to do initial sorting or corrections.

If you turn on this switch, you'll disable the automatic sorting based on shopping sessions. So you can only sort the items manually and be sure that the app does never change it.

Note that if you turn this switch off and later turn it on, the first time you later close a session all the shopping session informations are used to sort your items, even those that you have closed when the switch was off. So the app does never forget that informations.
